We have a contract on the TX house! Didn't take long once it was priced right! The realtor was leaving to go out of town so we didn't get into the details, but we do have a buyer. My only regret is that we didn't do this long ago. But, as Jason and I have talked, if we had done it a couple of years ago and our credit had been damaged, we never would have been able to buy this house. So, I guess it all works out.
